Stretching and fitness hike - Park Rx April 24, 2019

Join us for a group hike at Towner's Woods. 
We will walk 3.6 miles on a natural surface trail. 

Program on stretching and fitness hiking provided by Lydia of Sequoia Wellness. 
Lydia will show participants how to use the environment around to incorporate fitness movements into your hike to increase the fitness intensity of your hike. This hike will accommodate all levels of fitness as Lydia will show modifications for movements that may seem challenging.
