Volunteer programs

Put your skills and interests to use volunteering for the Portage Park District! It’s interesting, rewarding and will really help to improve our park system. Opportunities are available for individuals and groups, and some jobs may meet scouting, community service or internship requirements.

Support Portage Park District

The Portage Park District Foundation is a non-profit organization establish to support the Park District. Donations can be made in the form of one time donations, sponsorships and planned giving.

We have heard from many folks who love their land and want to see it preserved forever, and we have already received generous donations of land for parks and preserves.
