Mindfulness hike - Park Rx May 4, 2019

Join us for a group hike at Shaw Woods. 
We will walk 2.1 miles on a natural surface trail. 

Program on Mindfulness provided by Jackie Smallridge of Sequoia Wellness. 
The Mindfulness Hike will incorporate mindfulness strategies of breathing, walking and "being" to help participants to more fully enjoy the hiking experience and appreciate each moment. These strategies can be transferred to everyday life to help reduce stress and increase joy.
