Junior Ranger Pinning Ceremony

Our inaugural class of Portage Park District Junior Rangers was officially commissioned by Park Ranger Michelle Lee on August 12, 2023 at Towner's Woods Park. These enthusiastic youth spent all summer learning about our local flora and fauna and the Portage Park District. They completed all of the activities and adventures in the Junior Ranger Booklet and pledged to uphold the mission of the Portage Park District.
