Do you hear what I hear?

There is a short, magical window of time in spring when our earliest amphibians like wood frogs begin calling. The woods of Morgan Park are full of vernal pools and button bush swamps that provide ideal breeding grounds for early spring emergers. Early migratory birds are also beginning to arrive. Join us for a walk in the woods as we listen for spring calls!
The natural surface wooded trails at Morgan Park are muddy in spring and we will be hiking longer distances (2-4 miles) to reach these breeding grounds. Discovering these natural wonders is well worth the trek!
We are following current public health guidelines. Additional instructions or information will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
