Not everyone is completely comfortable outside, so we invite nature newbies of all ages for an indoor experience. See, smell, touch and learn about some natural treasures that you may find along the trails.

If the thought of spending time in nature makes you cringe a little, this series is for you! The mental and physical health benefits of spending time outside are enormous.
