Questions that we often get from program participants:
How do I avoid injuring myself while hiking?
Is it safe to walk the trails alone?
What supplies should I bring?
How should I dress?
What can I do to increase my confidence and comfort with nature?
We will answer these questions and more as we hike along the trails. We may even get a glimpse of our resident beaver, Seneca Sam!
