As part of our Park Rx Fall Series, join our University Hospital partners to meet "the fats"...the good and the bad! Learn that some fats are better than others. What’s the difference between saturated, trans, mono and polyunsaturated fats? How do fats affect your health? Discuss how to live “Fat-Sensibly” and read labels so you know what you are eating!
The program will be located in Room 150 of the UH Medical Arts Building.
