Wrap up your 13-week journey with Park Rx and celebrate your successes. If you attended at least five Park Rx programs, you will receive a print out documenting your journey.
Open house setting, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Short presentation at 6:15 p.m.
Free screenings for blood pressure, running, and blood sugar levels.
Partner tables with information about healthy living and a short presentation by Portage Park District.
