Mon - Fri 7:00am - 2:00pm
Closed for Holidays and special circumstances

WALK-INS WILL BE FROM 7:00AM TO 2:00PM FOR FINGERPRINTS
Ink fingerprint Cards are $10.00 for the first card and $5.00 for each additional card
Electronic BCI is $40.00 and BCI/FBI is $80.00

The C.C.W. Office now accepts cash, certified checks and money orders made payable to: Portage County Treasurer's Office.
