If you have already registered for an upcoming program, we will be in contact to inform you when they are rescheduled. We encourage the public to continue to visit our parks and enjoy the great outdoors and the beauty of nature this Spring.

Portage Park District is excited to partner with Brimfield Township Parks and Kent Parks & Recreation to launch the Portage County Birding Club! We know there are many talented birders in the area and our goal is to provide a space for both experts and newbies to learn and bird together at our local parks! Please register and join us for our very first program! After a little socializing and background, we will be birding the trail around the Brimfield Community Center. There is a mix of woods, wetlands and old pastureland along the trail. Start your weekend morning off right with the early birds!
