Most of us feel more than comfortable navigating a grocery store, but do we ever really stop and think about how our purchases can affect our overall health? Join WIC Dietitians at Giant Eagle in Ravenna. We will empower you to take the path of healthful eating on a budget. This grocery store tour will enable participants to read food labels, learn how to select and prepare fresh produce, and discuss the dizzying array of dairy-free alternatives available to consumers. Participants will also receive recipes, menu planning tools, a guide to maximize your grocery budget and more!
