OOD’s program is eligibility based. To be eligible, a person must: have a disability which constitutes or results in a substantial impediment to employment; be able to benefit from services in terms of an employment outcome; and require services to prepare for, secure, retain or regain employment.

Anyone can refer an individual for services. Self-referrals are welcome. Contact us for more details.
