TEMPORARY PROCEDURES DURING CRISIS

1. Criminal Defendants must appear at all Bond hearings, Motion hearings, Pre-trials, Jury Trials, Sentencing and Plea hearings.
2. Criminal Defendants will be excused from appearing at scheduled Status hearings until April 27^th, 2020.
3. Attorneys are required to attend all Status hearings
4. All Civil status hearings and Pre-trials shall be conducted by telephone or video conference until April 27, 2020
5. Mediation hearings shall be conducted by video conference, on-line or by telephone whenever possible. Call the Mediator to schedule at 330-297-3232
6. Civil protection cases shall go forward consistent with normal practice and procedures.
7. Criminal Jury Trials and Bench Trials will go forward as scheduled.
8. Criminal Motion hearings will go forward as scheduled.
9. Arraignments will go forward as scheduled.
