OPENINGS: The following are the opening dates that have been announced thus far. Protocols and guidelines for all industries will be listed on the Sector Specific Operating Requirements Page

             MAY 1: Manufacturing

             MAY 12: Consumer & Retail Services

             MAY 15: Outdoor Dining, Personal Care Services

             MAY 21: Dine-In Services, Campgrounds*

             MAY 22: Horse Racing*

             MAY 26: BMVs, Gyms, Fitness Centers, Sports Leagues** and pools*

             MAY 31: Daycares, and Day Camps

            *no spectators, **no-contact or low-contact

Those industries that are to remain closed include amusement parks, concert venues and other large capacity event spaces.

 


State Issues New 'Stay Safe' Order Through May 29 

State officials on Friday (May 1, 2020) issued a new "stay safe" order that extends key portions of a stay-at-home order that expires at the end of the day.

The new directive signed by State Health Director Dr. Amy Acton, sets new operating standards through May 29.  'Stay Safe' Order
