Cost is $10 per shot, FREE to those who can't pay.  Medicaid, Buckeye, Care Source and United Health are accepted.

The fee covers your personal meeting with a public health nurse.  The nurse will look up what vaccinations you need and discuss them with you.  If needed, a prescription for malaria medication is included in the consultation fee.

5% above cost of vaccine rounded up to the nearest $5.00
plus the $10.00 administration fee

We Accept Healthy Start/Medicaid.
No person shall be denied vaccines that are
provided free by the Ohio Department of Health.
