In 1999, the Board of Commissioners reorganized their departments and developed a General Services and Internal Services administration. Jim Manion was appointed as General Services Director. Jim's responsibilities are to act as a liaison for the Board of Commissioners and assist in the administration of the following departments: 

• Building Inspection
  
• Building Maintenance
  
• Building Security
• Dog Warden's Office
  
• Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)
  

• Emergency Management Agency
  

• Senior Center
